Where do we ship?
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, the Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and Vietnam.

Taxes, duties and customs fees (IMPORTANT!)
The prices you see on our website do not include any sales taxes (VAT, GST, etc.), duties, or customs fees that might be imposed by your country. When you place an order with us, we'll ship it without collecting or prepaying any taxes, duties or fees. When your order reaches your country, your Customs Office will charge you any taxes, duties or fees that are due.
For an estimate of the taxes and/or duties you'll owe on your order, we recommend using this import duties calculator. Please note, some countries' Customs Offices also add on processing fees or handling fees, in addition to the taxes and duties shown in the calculator.
Shipping cost
We don't offer free shipping outside the United States, but we offer Economy Shipping options for orders up to 4 lbs. at the following rates:

For faster delivery or shipments over 4 lbs.
We offer UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping at checkout, based on our best estimate of our shipping cost for your order.
If the actual cost to ship your UPS Worldwide Expedited order turns out to be less than we charge you, we'll refund the difference, but we won't charge you more if our actual shipping cost is higher than what you pay at checkout.
Transit time
Economy Shipping usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive in Canada and 2-3 weeks for the rest of the world, but all shipments can take longer if there are transit or customs delays.
Customized delivery estimate are provided during checkout for UPS Worldwide Expedited shipments, but they can take longer than estimated if there are transit or customs delays (common on international shipments).
Returns and replacements
Because of the high cost of shipping, we don't offer free returns on international shipments. Don't worry, if there's a problem with an item in your order, we'll make it right, but in some cases we might have to offer you a refund, rather than sending a replacement.
